Choose a background color, a backing type, and whether or not you want to include a logo.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE

1. Click the "Customize It" button.
2. Click the "Add Text" link.
Enter the name you want engraved on the name tag.
*If you are ordering more than one name tag place each name on a separate line.
3. Add Clipart or custom image of your logo. (Optional)
Click the "Designs" link to choose from preloaded clipart.
Click the "Add Image" link to upload your own line image.
4. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
